We work through how things run today with the people who will carry the decision, and what is worth doing first. For a firm already focused on AI this is the AI Readiness Assessment; otherwise it is scoped to the question in front of you. You leave with it written down either way.
From there we scope the engagement to what we found. It might be standing up a group, or a narrower piece of work, and it is sized to your firm rather than to a template.
