Grounds Consulting keeps this simple: we collect as little as possible, we're clear about what we do collect, and we don't sell your data.
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, rough traffic sources, and which content resonates. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data. We log anonymous interaction events (for example, which case-study facet you select) to improve the site.
To connect a visit's clicks into a single path, we store a random, anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage. It isn't tied to your identity unless you later choose to contact us, and it carries no personal information on its own.
If you email us or submit a form, we keep what you send — such as your name, business, and message — to respond and to follow up about an engagement. We store it securely and don't share it with third parties except the service providers below that help us operate.
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the site and respond to inquiries — including Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), and email/form providers. Each processes data only to provide its service.
You can browse without submitting anything, and you can clear your browser's local storage to reset the anonymous identifier. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email us.
