Data Structure & Collection

Every firm has data it cannot use and data it never captured. The first is a structure problem: the same client exists as three records and nobody agreed which field is authoritative. The second is quieter, because a firm cannot miss what it never collected.

We work through both. What exists, where it lives, what it means, and what it would take to trust it. Then the harder question: what should this firm be capturing that it is not, and what would that let it answer.

This is the groundwork the analytics group runs on, and the reason its numbers hold up when a partner questions them.

Let's find your starting point.

Every engagement starts by working out where your firm stands. That is a conversation with the people who decide, or a focused AI readiness read where that is the question. You leave with it written down, whether or not you continue with us.
