Training that happens once and lives in somebody's memory is a cost. Training that leaves materials behind is an asset.

We run sessions for the people who need them, at the level they need, and the firm keeps the decks, the examples, and the recordings. When the tools change, the firm edits its own materials rather than buying the course again.

This is separate from the group's own formation. The group learns to run the firm's AI practice; this is what that practice teaches everyone else.
